Will resident parking be affected?

Usually for portions of the schedule. We coordinate displaced-parking plans with management and limit closures to the minimum needed for the day's work.

Do you carry the insurance HOAs require?

Yes — full general liability and workers comp with HOA-named-insured endorsement available on request.

Can you handle the whole property in one season?

Yes — we plan multi-building re-roof projects across one construction season and supply a Gantt-style schedule for management and boards.
